1. Assets rework to come...

2. Left section of selection bar should not contain fade.  Currently, assets are tiled in 3 sections.  Basically, remove 1st tile.  Change for consistency with BB and Controller development.

Please also see bug 11453.  Hopefully the new design will be easier to see.  My experience has been that the top to bottom fade doesn't work well from a distance.
