Currently SC delivers a node and items for Internet Radio, but SN just delivers and item to handle the subitems. 

To do: Tom, post a dump of the SC node and items for Internet Radio then assign to Andy

In r6233, put in a partial workaround until a SN fix is in place. Now only one Internet Radio item will be shown, but it will act poorly on items where there isn't a direct match between SC and SN if a disconnect occurs very near the time of the menu item select. In those rare cases, it will stick on a spinny and the user can back out and go in again successfully.

Andy, any status on this? My workaround has a few holes, and I'd rather not spend much more time fixing a workaround.

known as SqueezeNetwork)!
