Description ian_mazoff 2009-05-26 06:09:20 UTC
The summary says it all. I clicked on "Set an Alarm" (2nd level menu item). The screen on the unit went dead (blacklight and all). I have done everything including reinstalling SC (which I fear might have trashed any useful log info) to try to bring it back up. Red opticsl light is on. That's all I can get it to do. I'm not sure if it's a bug, per se, or a hardware defect, but didn't know a better way to report it.

Pls. let me know if you need anything.

Thanks!

Ian: did a Factory Reset bring your unit back to life?

The Alarm Entry will be changing, and is currently broken (UI) but it should never have done this.

this is an administrative shuffle on priority fields to help make better judgment on the top end of the priority list. P4->P5, P3->P4, and P2->P3.

The unit had to be replaced (a few months back). Sorry for never updating.
