Description Weldon Matt 2009-05-15 11:38:34 UTC
During internal discussions the other day, there was a lot of talk about improving the terminology of the "now playing playlist." After some spirited discussion, someone (I think it was Ben) recommmended calling the queue/now playing/playlist the "Current Playlist."

This is by far the best term I've heard so far. Dean also thinks it's great. We should implement this change.

Also, I'm noticing that the Current Playlist screen still shows the player state, just like the Now Playing screen (right now the title says "stopped.")

Let's make the title static text reading "Current Playlist."

This will need to be in all UIs.

See http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Terminology

for a sumary of all the relevant name changes for the 8.0 release.

This is another one that looks to have been fixed in SP quite some time ago. This does not need to stay open as a Squeezeplay bug.

I'll open a separate bug for other UIs
