Is this driven because the Controller doesn't Auto Forget a music source when it's no longer available?

Michael notes that the various devices on which this shows up should have different bugs if it is indeed happening on multiple devices.

Also, in each bug, we need detailed repro instructions for Michael.

Moving to the product SqueezePlay because this bug appears to apply to any player based on that application code.  Feel free to move it back if it's specific to the original product.

Under r6995, there is now Remote Library maintenance under 
Settings->Advanced->Networking->Remote Libraries which has Add and Remove 
capabilities.
