while connected to SC, active server list is not refreshing properly

I see servers that have been off-line for >12 hours ** servers that are currently active do not show up it looks as though its showing me the list of servers that were active when I started the Server that the current player is attached to

looks like the menu is created at startup time and never updated

Server WEB UI also shows the incorrect list of servers/devices

can't reproduce the issue:

- started three SCs
- went to Settings/Music Source on a SB3
- see them all & SN
- shut down one SC
- wait a few minutes
- go back to Settings/Music Source 
-> only two SCs & SN left

did you leave/re-enter the Music Source menu?

Closing resolved bugs - if you feel this bug still exists please first re-test with the latest SW/FW version.  If you are able to reproduce then feel free to reopen and attach new logs / steps to reproduce.
