Missing Help & More buttons plus Support screens (PLD cases)

(continued from bug 11701) Post-MP cases that need to be reviewed and fixed: * Missing Help button-- 17?-- When creating an account on mySB.com, turn OFF WiFi and you'll get an error, "Problem Connecting. There was a problem connecting to mysqueezebox.com. Try again." I will add more as I find them.
* Missing More Button on Help-- 15A-- on selection screen for "Create an account" or "I already have an account"
Moving to the product SqueezePlay because this bug appears to apply to any player based on that application code. Feel free to move it back if it's specific to the original product.
I can't verify these cases. Assigning to James to verify (please reassign if I'm mistaken). If these two cases (comments 1 and 2) indeed exist, they need to be assigned to an engineer to fix (possibly Tom)? There is now an error screen specific to a can't-connect-to-my-network issue that should display in the case outlined in the original description. The Comment 1 issue just needs a "more help" option on the "help" screen. Also, I think bug 11696 has been fixed now, but can't verify...
tested r7453, verified proper Diagnostic Menu item appears for each SP device for each of the listed case(s)
