after deleting a pandora station, the station is still showing up in the list

need to refresh this list after deleting a station

Note: clicking on a station after you delete it simply shows a station menu named 'Pandora Error' with all available station actions--a separate but related bug that in theory should never happen since you'd never reach this case with a proper fix of this bug.
