Is this ready to get assigned to someone? Are we able to reproduce?
Comment 3 Chris Owens 2009-03-16 09:51:48 UTC
We are now planning to make a 7.3.3 release. Please review your bugs (all marked open against 7.3.3) to see if they can be fixed in the next few weeks, or if they should be retargeted for 7.4 or future.

Thanks!

This bug is assigned to me, but unfortunately I don't have any reproduction steps yet. I have seen this sparingly. Support or anyone, if you have any tips to reproduce please share them here.

Dan: Based on how frequently you see this, would you agree this is P2?

Unfortunately I do not have steps to reproduce this case..but I did deal with this issue today.

Unfortunately I did not come to a conclusion with the cusotmer...I asked that he upgrade his firmware on the router and see how that goes.

I do not remember the exactl model number of the router..all I remember was that it was a Dlink..Sorry I know that does not help much.

Any update Anoop?
Comment 8 Ross Levine 2009-04-08 13:27:55 UTC
Anoop, I'm going to need some feedback from support on this one. I remember seeing this bug in a few different situations, with some consistency. However I haven't seen it in over a month. Do you guys still see this? If so could you please have customers update to 7.3.3 and see if they still see it?

We could use a hand in understanding the priority of this bug for the 7.3.3 release.
Comment 9 Anoop Mehta 2009-04-08 13:58:06 UTC
3 out of 4 agents from support do not really see this issue anymore...Osama says he still gets the issue with customers. I will let him know to try 7.3.3 and see if that fixes the issues.

Go ahead and close the ticket for now and we will re open if we run across this issue again.

Osama to follow up please.

I believe this is resolved by Richards changes, namely bug 11334.

Support, please have users try 7.3.3 firmware if they see this and report back.
Comment 13 Osama Zaidan 2009-04-17 14:44:24 UTC
I will update when I try 7.3.3 with a customer who may have this symptom.
