I'm attaching an MP3 file that plays "chipmunk-style" on the Fab4. Plays normal on PC and Boom.

I found another song doing the same thing. I'll upload it if you want me to. It's also a low bitrate MP3.

I was testing some of the songs where I was having this problem before, and they play fine now, but there is still a problem. When I have one of these songs in a random mix, the last 10 seconds of the preceding song is played at a slowed down speed.

Fixed non-44.1k sample rates so they play. This recently regressed. These bugs are not fixed by this change, but they are now testable.
