FW:  jive_7.4_r3680.bin and others

Note:  This bug is blocking some smoke tests.  This user is desperate looking for a CLi command to enble the remote login feature automatically.
Note 2:  This bug is not on Jive 7.3 builds.

Steps:
1.  Enble the Remote login feature in Jive.
2.  Copy the authorized keys file into .ssh dir.
3.  Perform factory reset.
4.  After the reboot, notice the remote login feature is disabled.  The .ssh folder is gone.

A factory reset removes all files, this is the correct behaviour.

You can copy the files back for the automated testing using a script on an SD card.
