My Environment:

Windows XP SP2
Dlink DI 624 - latest firmware
Computer and SB Hardwired
No Syncing

Symptom:

Rhapsody music cuts out and across the Squeezebox Screen it states "Account Management".

This has happened to me about 5 times within the last week.  It happend to me today around 10:30 AM from home, before I came in.

Happens when directly connected to SqueezeNetwork, and also SqueezeCenter 7.3.1

Workaround:

Click the Left arrow, and then click Play, and then you can play music.  The drawback is that it starts the whole album over.

Another workaround is to go to a different artist and it will play fine.  You can then go back to the original artist, and it will play fine.

This is my personal experience.  Below is a customer that experienced this exact issue this morning

Customer states this same thing happened to him.  He stated all other Squeezebox/Rhapsody issues where resolved until today.

He also stated that he has a Sonos, and he has been experiencing similar Rhapsody issues with their product as well, and has contacted them also.

FYI, this customer has been having every Rhapsody issue that we have been correcting, and she has reported this today as well.

Hello Andy,

Any word from Rhapsody about "Account Management" error yet?  I still experience this at home, as well as the customer(s) reporting it.

Customer has experienced this issue with SqueezeCenter 7.3.3. 

Customer had to factory reset his Transporter.

Is there any update as to what causes this?
