Rhapsoday Playback issue - "Account Management" across Squeezebox Screen

*****May be similar to bug 10256****** My Environment: Windows XP SP2 Dlink DI 624 - latest firmware Computer and SB Hardwired No Syncing Symptom: Rhapsody music cuts out and across the Squeezebox Screen it states "Account Management". This has happened to me about 5 times within the last week. It happend to me today around 10:30 AM from home, before I came in. Happens when directly connected to SqueezeNetwork, and also SqueezeCenter 7.3.1 Workaround: Click the Left arrow, and then click Play, and then you can play music. The drawback is that it starts the whole album over. Another workaround is to go to a different artist and it will play fine. You can then go back to the original artist, and it will play fine. This is my personal experience. Below is a customer that experienced this exact issue this morning *** 081028-000269 Customer states this same thing happened to him. He stated all other Squeezebox/Rhapsody issues where resolved until today. ********* He also stated that he has a Sonos, and he has been experiencing similar Rhapsody issues with their product as well, and has contacted them also.
I've seen it too, no response from Rhapsody yet.

Ticket # 090704-001294 Customer has experienced this issue with SqueezeCenter 7.3.3. Customer had to factory reset his Transporter. Is there any update as to what causes this? Thanks, LaRon
