Description Wallace Lai 2008-12-22 10:57:28 UTC
HW: MP unit, FW: 7.4 r3588

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade from Jive 7.4 r3507 to r3588. Everything was good. Passed.
2. Reboot Jive to start downgrade from r3588 to r3507 or upgrade it to r3592. All smoke tests failed.
3. Notice the wi fi icon is red after reboot.
4. Reboot the Jive again to see if it can connect to router.
5. After the reboot, the languanges selection menu appears. The Jive behaves as if it had been factory reseted. The Jive unit had to be setup again from the beginning, including remote login and ssh stuff.

Problem not seen on jive 7.4 r3592 build. r3592 passed with flying colors.
Please take a look at the logs and make sure it does not happen again.
Will keep this bug open for a few more builds to make sure it is fixed.

This seems safe to resolve. If anyone sees this with r3993+ please feel free to re-open with your experience.
