Adding new account using previously deleted account name skips setup screens

I had created a new account using mickey_gee@logitech.com. After I deleted it, I tried to create a new account with the same e-mail name. After I entered the info for the first new user setup screen, the next screen was the home screen for SN; I was now logged in too. The next screen should have been the second one for SN new user signup.
No assignment without target ;-) I think what you see is unrelated to whether the account already existed or not, but the new default behaviour if you don't enter a PIN during signup. In this case you're forwarded to the standard SN page without any further step in the signup.
