Empty repository

We need to add a url for the default repository to Slim::Plugins::Extensions::Plugin.

This needs Matt to assign a url and host the empty xml file I've attached. Later on this url should be capable of hosting a dynamically build xml feed, but for the moment it should be static.

What host do we think this should be on? squeezenetwork.com?
Comment 2 Andy Grundman 2008-11-12 07:17:06 UTC
Yeah let's put it on SN.

So, this should go to you or brandon?

SN sounds good to me - its a static file and we may become dynamic in future.

As an interim is it possible to have a static file which is regularly checked out from svn? If so you could delegate maintaining it to a small number of plugin authors who have svn access - when they have a change they check it into svn which then gets reflected in the static file.

I'm actually thinking that we hold a bunch of individual author's submissions on svn and a script which verifies syntax and combines them into the master repo which then gets checked in. [I'd love it to be driven from a wiki front end and more automated, by this is probably too much work to get it up and running]

I've added it to SN and will update the SC plugin with the path. It's not going to be a static file, so in the future we can work out how to dynamically add things to it.

This bug has been fixed in the 7.3.0 release version of SqueezeCenter!

Please download the new version from http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html if you haven't already.

If you are still experiencing this problem, feel free to reopen the bug with your new comments and we'll have another look.

Reduce number of active targets for SC
