I'd like to see this with a small spinny in place of the rotating > sign first, rather than taking over the whole screen.

Sorry for the miscommunication, the intent is to replace the selection arrow anim. with a scaled version of the thinking widget [rotating circles]. The actual artwork would appear inside the titlebar or selection bar depending on the scenario.  I will mock this up for clarification ASAP...

The attached comp artwork is scaled to 18px x 18px.  It might want to be scaled up a bit more if this enhancement moves forward.
