At least with VC++ Express, JIVE_VERSION is set from squeezeplay/src/squeezeplay/VisualC/vesion.h which is not updated in line with the release or svn revision.

I've bumped it to 7.3 manually as it was preventing applet installer working with my new server code, but bug raised to do something more strategic.

7.4 does not exist, re-targetting to 8.0.
