I took a quick look at the device. I tried holding Vol+ to boot to the previous image and UBoot does not know about key event. It did not know about any of the SWn events. The environment table appears to be corrupted. I suggest that this process be repeated on another device. I believe that it is a device issue.

It appears that the upgrade of this jive failed. It's important to establish what went wrong, do you have the logs still when the upgrade script was running?

It should be possible to reset this jive using vol+ while rebooting, but please don't do that yet we need some more diagnostics from it first.

Comment 5 Chris Owens 2008-11-07 14:38:04 UTC
What kind of diagnostics would you like, Richard? Wallace did not capture the log from the upgrade.

Comment 6 James Richardson 2008-11-12 07:50:24 UTC
Verified r3330 does not have this issue.
