When fast forwarding or rewinding a playing song, SC incorrectly fires out a NewSong notification even though the song is the same song.

This causes unexpected activities when subscribed to the playlist newsong event.

Think it should either not send out anything or send out a fastforward/rewind notification.

Please provide more details on how to reproduce this error.  What player are you using?  what SC version & Build number?  Step by Step on how to reproduce the error please.
