Moving player to new account does not generate e-mail to old account

When a player is moved from Account A on SN to Account B, the owner of Account A is supposed to receive an e-mail stating that the player has been moved to Account B. Apparently this does not work if the player has a UUID and connects to SqueezeNetwork via SqueezeCenter. According to Andy: "I just checked and in fact if the player is auto-registered via UUID from SC the old user does not get an email. You only get an email if the player is moved using the PIN. I guess this is a bug."
Fixed in r5107.
