Patch to split contributor MusicBrainzID tags along with name and sortname.

Squeezecenter supports having multiple items in a tag, separated by a used defined separator.  For contributors, it current separates the name and sortname field, but not the MusicBrainzID field.  The attached patch fixes this.

Was targeted for 7.6.0. Is this just a matter of applying the patch?
