Description Julius Dauz 2008-10-13 15:10:24 UTC
I have an Australian customer that is experiencing this issue. This may very well be an issue with the router itself, but there is no way for me to verify, so I decided to file a bug.

The cusomter has a Billion BiPAC 7404VGO router. When attempting to stream RadioIO stations with the router's firewall enabled, but configured to allow communication through port 9000 TCP, 3483 TCP, and 3483 UDP, the stream will not work. But if he disables the firewall completely, RadioIO works fine.

Like I mentioned, this could very well be an issue with the router itself, but I have no way of knowing for sure.

Sounds like his firewall is blocking outbound connections, when it should only be blocking inbound connections. He should contact his ISP if he doesn't know how to configure a firewall.
