laut.fm is user generated radio, the channels are liste here: http://www.laut.fm/nowplaying (http://www.laut.fm/nowplaying) 
SN should be able to read the list, sort acoording to the criteria provided and then to tune in to individual streams and save them as favourites

the streams itself are standard, I think you just have to integrate the list of stations somehow
