Description Julius Dauz 2008-09-17 10:48:54 UTC
A customer wanted to have a function added to have scanner skip tracks that have a, "Skip," line in the tag. The purpose of this would be to exclude certain tracks from his SqueezeCenter library. I know there is a function to disable certain file extensions, but this does not do what the customer wants. He has a library that contains MP3 and Flac files, and wants it to include both file types, but wants certain MP3 files to be excluded becuase they are duplicates of some Flac files.

great request, and i'd like to add that i'd want to be able to specify the tag field used and the term used. something like:

##skippy##

What is the status of this?

It has been a year and a half.

This is clearly a useful feature
and seems very easy to implement.
