Some PB2 (prototype) Booms display the message DAC FAIL CAN'T TALK on the display during setup mode.  This was due to a mis-sized capacitor (directly below the DAC).  

Entering in bugzilla so I don't have to debug this one again on old units.  

Added a 1uF 0603 cap on all 3 caps below the dac fixes the problem.
