Description jeff 2008-09-04 16:55:09 UTC
i contacted support they said to report a bug.
it doesn't matter if i am on squeeze network or squeeze center if i switch from one to the other the squeezebox powers off and i have to power it back on?
I would think the power would stay on while switching between the 2 apps?
Thanks,
Jeff

Sorry to have bothered you,but i just tried and hit play when it showed either of the two apps and it doesn't power off that way.
Thanks,
Jeff

For the records: there's been a similar thread in the German forum.

I've seen this in QA, but have not been able to figure out a reliable method to reproduce this. Some time the Boom/SB3 will be on, sometimes it will be off.

This does not happen with Duet

I did not experience this with 7.1. Only with 7.2

Make sure you have player sync turned on.

We are now planning to make a 7.3.3 release. Please review your bugs (all marked open against 7.3.3) to see if they can be fixed in the next few weeks, or if they should be retargeted for 7.4 or future.

Thanks!
Comment 7 Chris Owens 2009-03-30 17:30:17 UTC
Since there's now a planned 7.3.3 release, bugs which won't make the cut-off are being moved to the next target out. If you feel that this bug needs to be addressed more (or less) urgently than the 7.4 release, please cc chris@slimdevices.com and leave a comment in the bug to that effect so we can review it.

Thanks.

For some reason Bugzilla did not change the target when I did this yesterday. Or maybe it was me. In either case, I'm trying it again.

Moving 7.4 bugs to 8.0.
