We have unconfirmed reports of odd behavior on the SB Receiver after it updates to the 7.2 firmware.  2 reports state it can no longer be reset to factory defaults.  Pressing and holding the button puts it into setup mode but will not factory reset the receiver.

Neither Support or QA can reproduce.  Creating this bug to watch this issue and see if there's something to the reports or not.

Closing this bug, as we now have a test procedure to catch this type of reset error on the Controller / Receiver.

Please feel free to re-open the bug if any more more reports are found.
