I'm getting this error in server.log when trying to display the
Player->Display pref web page (to change the brightness settings) on
my SLIMP3 players.

[10:43:03.9011] Slim::Networking::IO::Select::select (250) Error: Select task failed: Can't locate object method "brightnessMap" via package "Slim::Display::Text" at /export/home/slim/squeezecenter-7.2-noCPAN/Slim/Display/Display.pm line 405.

I've worked around this by using the brightness buttons on the remote,
but there are other settings on that page that have no IR equivalent.

change 22999 - add a brightnessMap() method to the text display class

This bug has been fixed in the 7.3.0 release version of SqueezeCenter!

Please download the new version from http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html if you haven't already.  

If you are still experiencing this problem, feel free to reopen the bug with your new comments and we'll have another look.
