Most people have just one player and we don't need to clutter the home menu with this choice that doesn't do anything.

Richard, I have a vague recollection that this issue has a long and sordid history. Do you remember why Choose Player is always present?

added another fix in r2911 to workaround GC for applets like ChooseMusicSource that rely on jnt subscriptions for adding/removing items from the home menu

home menu items now never actually get "removed", instead the menu item gets added to a "removed" node and taken off any visible nodes.

This bug has been fixed in the 7.3.0 release version of SqueezeCenter!

Please download the new version from http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html if you haven't already.
