I am going to try to explain this as best as I can with what information I have from the customer.

He would like there to be some sort of compressor either on the Player side or Server side that affects the volume of Internet Radio Streams. He has an issue with the volume of some streams being too loud or too low. He would like for us to add something to regulate the volume so that it automatically adjusts to the same level for every station.

He mentioned an application called screamerradio, but I'm not entirely sure how it will apply.
