You should be able to drag and drop albums/songs/music stations/etc from anywhere in the interface to the Now Playing list. It should be the same as hitting "+", but with the added ability to be able to specify exactly where you want that song/album/etc in the playlist order. 

Converting every 'item' into a "bubble" (like the Now Playing list does) would also make for a more consistent Web UI experience.

Sorry I couldn't come up with the right wording when I wrote this. I went back and looked at it some more and we already do it anyways. By 'bubble' I meant the grey box surrounding the current item that the mouse is hovering over.
