Suggest a lower default volume.

Everyone in the software meeting this morning seems to think that Dean rejected previous calls for a change in the default volume.  Perhaps he can comment.

Should this really be assigned to Caleb?  Isn't the default volume when a player is connected to SqueezeCenter/SqueezeNetwork for the first time a function of the server not the player?

We'll revisit this to see if it gets any users fired up about being too loud.
