Description Chris Owens 2008-08-22 08:27:24 UTC
This bug has been set up to gather information about intermittent action failures using Rhapsody. On several occasions Rhapsody or another testing organization have reported bugs that are not reproducible. These seem likely to have been intermittent problems.

Please add any information you may have, if you have experienced similar problems!

Usually these intermittent problems leave a trace in SC server logs.
Perhaps set up a test player on a connection with a typical residential bandwidth.
Let it play long playlists via SC continuously with no human intervention, and occasionally perform arbitrary user actions via remote without testing for their success.
Then have QA periodically scan the logs for any issues that seem to fall outside the normal pattern. Look for keywords such as "fail", "error", "exception", as well as scan the log visually for pattern-breaking messages.
