Support has reports of Controllers that just won't charge.  We've tried sending replacement batteries for several of these cases. 

Ones we have tickets #s for:
 * 080711-002518 -- have not heard back from customer
 * 080709-001457 -- battery did not solve issue
 * 080816-001416 -- battery did not solve issue
