I had a couple of instances of this issue today. 

Customer has no audio out of Transporter after updating to FW version 50. It does look like the music is playing because the VU meters are going and there is a playlist in queue and shows that the track is progressing, but no audio.

A reprogram of the xilinx fixed both instances.

Tried to test this but could not reproduce. 

I did notice that when I downgraded from FW 50 to FW 37, there was no audio after the upgrade/downgrade, but going back to FW 50, I could not reproduce the issue.
