Bugzilla – Bug 9203
Favorites buttons missing from track/album info pages
Last modified: 2009-07-31 10:27:30 UTC
On the album info page (in the Default skin, anyway) there's no "Add to Favorites" icon for the album itself. If you happen to drill down to this level you have to go back up a level to add it as a favorite.
I think I've take a go at this before, but failed because the page we're seeing is not the "album info page", but the track page.
The page I'm talking about is the one that displays the cover thumbnail and album info above the album's track listing. Whatever the name. Now that you mention it, the song info page is similarly screwed up. Why the need for the separate line down at the bottom with "Add to Favorites" when you could just put the favorites ('heart') icon up above, grouped with the other icons as it is everywhere else?

That must have been broken recently. The button used to be up there. Will investigate.

change 22875 (7.2.1) - fix favorites buttons on album/track detail pages
This fix looks good, except that the unneeded 'Add to Favorites' line remains on the song info page.
