By popular opinion, the boom bass management should go back closer to the way it was, and allow more distortion at high levels.

fixed in SVN r22555.  

Put bass management back to not push the low frequency cutoff above 80 Hz at max volume.  Seems to be a good tradeoff -- still sounds bassy at max.  Still maintains sliding bass low frequency cutoff below 80 Hz.  

Give it a try, and see how it feels.

Easy to tweak now that the parameters are sent from squeezecenter.
