Description Osama Zaidan 2008-08-11 16:08:47 UTC
Customer upgraded to 7.1.0 but no matter how he tries, he cannot
save any settings (such as player setting ) from his Safari web browser.

For example if he goes to the modules page and unselect the Lastfm module and
then click save at the bottom of the page ( Which appears outside of
the frame for settings ) it reloads but the tick re-appears after he removed it.

He is running MAC 10.5.4 and 7.1.0.

This works fine in Firefox on the same machine.

Michael: do you know what this might be?

Will have to test on the Mac, but Safari on Windows seems to be fine.

Most likely a caching issue or outdated JS due to the update. Do a full whipe cache and reload.

Please enable debugging for prefs and attach a log.

This is working perfectly fine.

BTW: is there a way we can access support tickets?

Osama: Please reopen if a full reload in the browser does not fix this. Please attach logs too!
