Jive FW:  jive_7.2_r2802.bin
Jive HW:  MP version, not old engineering sample
Note:  This happened when David was setting up the jive while this user was watching.  This bug happened right in front these two users.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Update Jive to jive_7.2_r2802.bin.
2.  Perform Factory Reset on Jive.
3.  Go through the setup steps.

4.  1st Prolbem:  The list of access points was blank.  David had to go back and foreth between the blank list and the previous menu 3 or 4 times before the list finally appeared.  That took about a minute of so.

5.  2nd Problem:  While scrolling through the list of access point, the list suddenly disappeared.  It took about 30 seconds or so before the list reappeared.

There has been some sporadic issues of Jive unable to connect back to an access point on the first several attempts after a factory reset.  This is the most serious yet.

QA Folk: What's the status of this?  Are you able to reproduce?  We need to target this bug asap.

Unable to reproduce with jive_7.3_r2860.bin.

Unable to reproduce with jive_7.2_r2847.bin either.
