When you connect Receiver to a Transporter and select the Digital Inputs menu, the Receiver displays four options:

  Balanced
  BNC Coax
  RCA Coax
  Optical

The third of these menu selections (RCA Coax) does not function: the Transporter continues with whatever source had been selected before.

By contrast, when you do the same menu selection in SqueezeCenter, the menu selection DOES work.

I am running v7.1 (formal release) on all boxes.

BTW there is another bug (reported elsewhere) that causes no sound to be played when the Transporter's Digital Inputs are selected. So fixing this bug and not fixing the other would be a pointless victory...

already fixed in 7.2, this is a duplicate of bug 9043
