Description Mickey Gee 2008-08-03 19:00:11 UTC
I received an message describing the issue encountered by a satisfied user with forums name bstern:

"Only struggle for me was that you put an upper limit on the WPA2 shared key. DLink always creates a key of length 64, your limit is 63. So I had to painstakingly reconfigure all my other wireless clients to the new key (tough on iPhones, PS3, Roku)."

I haven't encountered it myself ....

We only support WPA2-PSK passphrase with can be 8-63 printable ASCII characters. See also: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WPA-PSK

It's pretty annoying to have to reconfigure the network just because squeezebox doesn't support 64-hex key entry.
