If player is at last item in plugins list, and one or more plugins are deleted
from the enabled list, the display shows (n+1) of (n) and $line2 is blank. 
stderr shows:
Use of uninitialized value in hash element at Slim/Buttons/Plugins.pm line 85.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
