Description James Richardson 2008-08-01 09:40:47 UTC
Unlike the Jive, there is no way for me to tell what server I'm attached to on the boom.

Settings > Music Source > list There is no highlight/check mark/or any other visual indicator to tell me which server I'm attached to in this list (if more then 1 is listed)

Since SqueezeNetowrk is now the first item in the list, the very next should be the currently attached server, then all other servers should be ALPHA sorted below this.

OR, the list should be ALPHA sorted, with the current server indicated in some fashion.

This also affects SB2/3 and Transporter, but not Jive.
Comment 2 Blackketter Dean 2008-08-01 10:36:13 UTC
The local servers should appear first on the list, alphabetically, then SN at the end.

When you enter, it should be scrolled to the current server, which should have a check mark on the right. The other items should have the arrow on the right (this is because it feels like a navigation rather than a menu selection which would use a radio button).

Is this best assigned to Felix?

I believe this needs to be fixed in SC.
Comment 4 Michael Herger 2008-08-04 05:52:11 UTC
change 22347 - display other servers as menu items which can be navigated to; add a checkmark to the current server, sort list (local servers first), display current server first.

Andy - this change is concerning SN too. It should work ok, but I didn't test the SN part extensively.
