Description Spies Steven 2008-08-01 08:54:19 UTC
The string on boom is currently the following:
"Setup is complete!
Press center wheel to continue."
I suggest we drop the word "center" so the second line does not scroll so it would become:
"Setup is complete!
Press wheel to continue."
Center is kind of redundant anyway since there is only one wheel on boom and we don't use the word center on previous strings.

Just curious, why should it not scroll and how about other languages?
Comment 2 Spies Steven 2008-08-04 08:48:08 UTC
I am not saying it should not scroll. All I am saying is that by removing the word center it would no longer need to scroll, at least in English, and I thought that would look more pleasing. I also thought it would look more consistent to remove the word center since it is not used in the previous strings one would encounter setting up a boom and I believe none of the previous strings scroll as well, at least in English. I have not looked at other languages at this point personally.

Keep in mind that this was just a suggestion so feel free to mark it as wont fix or invalid if you like, I won't mind ;)

After you get the translations back from SLT, go ahead and change the languages that you know for 7.2.

DA, NO, SV? All the same. Removed the "Trykken" :-)

Strings are on their way to Felix.
