layout with newsletter subscriptions

Tried to come up with the layout. But it's looking crappy. Could you please have a chat with Brian?

What do you guys think of this? I wish we had more space vertically....I reworked the language of the Slim Devices opt-in to be more consistent with the Logitech one

You mean this should make one combox for two opt-ins?

Yes, we are combining the two opt-in messages (Slim devices and partner announcements) into one. There will still be two opt-ins on the page (Slim opt-in, and Logoitech opt-in)

Mike - could you please define what exactly (you've been writing about an opt-in language?) needs to be moved to the front page? I can't find anything in the specs.

The first page of the singup wizard (the page where the customer enters their e-mail and password) will need to have 2 checkboxes to allow opt-in to receive communications from Slimdevices and from Logitech.

The first checkbox should use this text:

Click here to receive important information regarding software updates, announcements of new products and music services, and other information related to your Squeezebox or Transporter. 

This text will need to be translated into our supported languages

The second checkbox should use this text:

Yes, I would like to receive information from Logitech on product updates/upgrades, new products, the Logitech newsletter(s), and exclusive offers that may be of interest to me.

This should also be translated.

Oh, one important detail: I assume these checkboxes correspond to the sms_opt_in and logi_opt_in DB fields?

change 4470 - setting the above DB fields to 1 if checked. Please let me know if this wasn't the plan.

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeNetwork!
