Sorry, here's another tweak triode.... I keep finding myself surprised by having to hit the left arrow twice to back out to the home menu. 

What do you think?

To confirm: When you are in now playing screensaver and have turned the knob to enter volume, you then want to go back to home as soon as you press left arrow?

I'll look at tomorrow evening (uk time) but wanted to make sure I understood first.

I mean that if you are in the NP screensaver (i.e. the knob controls volume), pressing the left arrow on the front panel should wake you from the screensaver and move left. Right now it only wakes you from the screensaver.

If the volume bar is up and you press the left arrow, then it should only wake you, I think.

Does that seem right to you?

I hope this is fixed in change 22274

What you describe is how I intended it to work, but it looks like I only tested with a remote not the front panel...  Passback for front panel buttons was broken.
