Description Osama Zaidan 2008-07-29 20:42:29 UTC
The customer has some files (ogg format) that when they played through the Squeezebox or the Duet receiver, they cause the player to lockup until the player is rebooted. I tested one of the customer's files and I verified the problem. A sample file is attached.

Please retest with 7.1 (release) as I am unable to reproduce this error.

If you still see the issue please attach debug for formats.audio and player.streaming

James: were you able able to listen to the attached sample file?

Greetings. I'm the one who initially contacted customer support. I'm using 7.1, recently turned stable, and the lockup error persists. 7.2 is no better. The test file I posted (and a lot others) still crash the Duet receiver, while playing correctly in my Cowon and Samsung portable players, VLC and every other player I tried. I can supply you with other (smaller) samples if you need.
