entering numbers while browsing unsorted lists should jump to that number in the list, allowing 
for entering 1 4 6 to jump you to 146

shoutcast browser plugin does this.  I recall at one point that the slimserver
plan was a proportional index for unsorted lists?  INPUT.List currently does
keep track of sorted or unsorted, so we could provide this to
Slim::Buttons::Common::numberScroll so that it could do the right method.  

Are we dropping the proportial jumps then?
