some elements were added for the desktop squeezeplay that need to be removed for the controller build:

back arrow
left right arrows in NowPlaying

also, add back in the progress bar to NowPlaying
also, make sure default art sizes, where hardcoded as a workaround (see bug 8479), are hardcoded for the controller

note to self: there's a NowPlaying patch in grouphub that should pretty much fix the NowPlaying applet

7.2 controller skinning now controller-friendly, 7.2 trunk change r2745

No back arrow or left arrow in now playing with 7.2.1 - 23472

This bug has been fixed in the 7.3.0 release version of SqueezeCenter!

Please download the new version from http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html if you haven't already.
