File is:
"Bitrate: 320kbps CBR (Converted to 192kbps ABR)"

according to SC.

Static sound occurs on softsqueeze and boom players.

I'm not sure what other information to supply.

I'm not sure that this is related but I've also had to lower my bandwidth limit when playing remotely with the new streaming.  Previously I was able to limit to 320kbps almost all of the time.  Since the new streaming I've never been able to without chopping.
